Information we collect. When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to serve you: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details.

When you complete a form on our site (such as the Growth Check), join a loyalty program we operate for a business (such as EBS Regulars), or sign up or register as a vendor for an event, we also collect the information you provide for that purpose — for loyalty members, your name, email address, and phone number, plus your stamp, reward, and prize-draw activity; for event attendees and vendors, the contact and business details given at signup or registration. When you pay an EBS invoice or enroll in a service, payment card data is collected and processed by our payment processors; EBS does not store full card numbers. Our website and store platforms also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide and support our services, communicate about your account and orders, send marketing emails you have agreed to receive, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

How we share it. We share information only as needed: with payment processors and gateway providers to complete transactions; with shipping carriers to deliver orders; with Extraordinary Investment Group for events it presents, so it can run the event; with email and messaging service providers, to send transactional and marketing messages; with partner providers when you apply for or purchase a partner offering (such as funding, insurance, payroll, or healthcare programs) so the partner can evaluate and serve you; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. If you give us a mobile number, we may send text messages about your account, orders, or a program you joined. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
