Run the Whole Expo From One HQ.
EBS Expo is the event platform from Extraordinary Business Solutions — merchant services and business growth. Attendee Passport, vendor kits, registration with hosted checkout, draws and a live leaderboard, and an organizer HQ that runs the day. Built for expos, festivals, and vendor events.
Attendee Passport
Booth visits become stamps, rewards, and draw entries
Vendor kits
Every vendor gets its own kit page and links
Organizer HQ
Registrations, entries, draws, and winners in one place
What You Get
One System for Everyone at the Event.
Attendees, vendors, and organizers each get the view built for them — all of it running on the same system, all of it visible from your HQ.
Attendee Passport
Attendees join with an email or phone number — each optional, at least one required — and earn stamps as they visit booths.
Vendor kits
Every registered vendor gets a kit page with its links, offers, and event-day details — ready before the doors open.
Registration with hosted checkout
Vendors register with full business details and pay through hosted checkout. On-the-spot signups on event day are provisioned the same way.
Draws and leaderboard
Stamps feed prize draws and a full named leaderboard — the competition attendees can watch while they play.
Organizer HQ
Registrations, vendor roster, Passport entries, draws, and winners — run live from one headquarters view.
Paper backup
Paper passports are supported too — HQ can register a paper holder and credit booklet stamps by hand.
Vendor Kits
Every Vendor Gets a Marketing Kit.
A kit is issued from each vendor's registration and is ready before the doors open. The Juneteenth kits are live now — one per vendor, all 42 of them — and each one carries the same working pieces:
Piece 01
Booth Flyer
A printable one-sheet for the booth, carrying the vendor's own Passport QR — attendees scan it at the table to get stamped.
Piece 02
Social Graphics
Announcement graphics ready to post — the square for the feed and the story format, composed for the business.
Piece 03
Ready-to-Post Captions
Captions written for the business, with the campaign phases, post templates, and hashtags around them.
Piece 04
Essentials Card
Every fact and link the vendor needs on expo day — their booth, the vendor app, their kit — on one phone-friendly card.
The kit also carries the social campaign and the email run-up, so promotion is a system, not a scramble. See them live:
How It Works
Set Up Once. Run the Day.
Step 01
Set up your event
Dates, booths, prizes, and your vendor offer — configured in the hub before registration opens.
Step 02
Vendors register
Full business details, then hosted checkout. Each vendor's kit is issued from its registration.
Step 03
Attendees join the Passport
Email or phone unlocks the Passport. Booth visits earn stamps all day long.
Step 04
Event day runs from HQ
Leaderboard, draws, and winners — managed live while the floor stays moving.

Proof
The Juneteenth Expo Runs on It.
The Juneteenth Black Business Expo runs on EBS Expo — hub, Passport, vendor kits, and organizer HQ. As of October 2026, 42 of the 50 vendor spots are filled for the next expo: Sunday, June 20, 2027, 12–6 PM at Veterans Plaza in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Before You Ask.
Who is EBS Expo for?
Organizers of expos, festivals, and vendor events who want registration, attendee engagement, and event-day operations in one system instead of a pile of spreadsheets and forms.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. The Passport runs in the browser. Attendees sign up with an email and a phone number — each field is optional, at least one is required — and unlock with either one.
How do vendors pay for registration?
Registration collects full business details first, then payment runs through hosted checkout. Vendors can also sign up on event day and be provisioned on the spot.
Can it run prize draws?
Yes. Passport stamps feed prize draws and a full named leaderboard, and HQ runs the draws and records the winners.
How do we start?
Start with a free review. Every event is scoped individually — we walk your floor plan, vendor count, and prizes, and build from there.
